The UK government recently announced an apprenticeship support package designed to remove the financial barriers to hiring apprentices. These include reducing onboarding fees in addition to one-off payments for hiring apprentices that meet certain criteria. With the incentives available from October 2026, now is a great time to consider adding an apprentice to your organisation.
The UK Government has various funding options and financial incentives in place to help organisations like yours access the benefits of apprenticeships. This includes the apprenticeship and skills levy and co-funding from the government.
