We deliver a flexible range of programmes for HR professionals which make it easier to study alongside work and life commitments. Our CIPD-accredited on-campus learning courses are delivered at North Hertfordshire College’s Stevenage campus, conveniently located near the A1 and public transport centres.
Hart Learning & Development’s range of courses, available from foundation to advanced level, will give you an internationally-recognised qualification that will advance your skills and knowledge as an HR practitioner. They come with status and recognition amongst employers, helping you either to progress within your current role or gain employment in your chosen field.
These part-time courses are delivered at our sister organisation, North Hertfordshire College. You’ll learn through a variety of teaching methods including lectures, case studies, group work, debates, and presentations. You will also be assessed by multiple internal assessments – there are no exam elements in CIPD qualifications. Assessments are internally verified and then externally moderated by the CIPD.
