Join Hart Learning & Development for a training opportunity to develop industry-essential customer service and retail skills, ready to join the ‘store of the future’ when Marks & Spencer’s new Stevenage store opens in April 2022. This new store is set to become the benchmark for future Marks & Spencer stores across the country, so this is an exciting opportunity you won’t want to miss.

Hart Learning & Development’s partnered employability scheme will set you up with all the skills you need for a successful career at Marks & Spencer. Take part in two weeks of classroom-based training to learn more about what makes good customer service. All participants are guaranteed a job interview at the end of the programme.

Qualifications Covered


Training which will help you prepare for work opportunities, you will gain:

  • Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Studies
  • Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service
  • Level 1 Award in Work Experience Preparation



Your Tutor will support you through your Training. Job opportunities will be available upon successful completion of the work placement element.
