Hart Learning & Development formed a partnership with the Lloyds Banking Group to deliver Team Leader Supervisor and Operations Manager apprenticeships and training opportunities to employees across the group. Through the Hart L+D team’s expertise and support, apprentices have completed their qualifications and have been able to transfer their learning into good practice in their roles.

Apprentices are enrolled on Team Leader Supervisor and Operations Management programme to help them develop their strategic management capabilities. Learners who complete the programmes have gone on to secure internal promotions and successfully apply for other roles across the Group in different banking divisions.
