EMPLOYER STORY: HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

 

Hart Learning & Development have been working with Hertfordshire County Council to provide opportunities and training to apprentices working across the council in a variety of roles. By working collaboratively, and through careful planning of the council’s talent needs, Hart Learning & Development are able to offer tailored training programmes to develop their workforce.

“We have over 225 apprentices that have either completed or are currently completing their apprenticeship with Hart Learning & Development. We started working with Hart Learning & Development in 2013 and have used them as a provider for a variety of apprenticeships, including new starters or existing staff.
