Rhianne McSporran, Business Banking Financial Assistance Manager at Lloyds Bank, enrolled on Hart Learning & Development’s Team Leader apprenticeship in 2021 to upskill and prepare for future roles. Her apprenticeship has not only seen her develop her existing sector knowledge but has also helped her to increase in confidence and take positive steps forward.
Reflecting on her apprenticeship experience, Rhianne said:
“I am really pleased I have now completed all of the work for the apprenticeship and have started to prepare for my end point assessment. The apprenticeship has been a great experience to really help me identify and highlight my own strengths and weaknesses.
Jim Chaudry, Team Manager for Business Banking Financial Assistance and Rhianne’s line manager, also had a positive response to the growth and development Rhianne has undergone through her apprenticeship:
