Empowering businesses & learners with apprenticeships

Apprentices earn while they learn, working in a real job with training to achieve a recognised qualification.

We offer apprenticeships across a range of sectors. They provide benefits for both individuals and businesses, helping employers to attract, retain, and develop new talent whilst also providing individuals with the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge and access new opportunities. Our offer constantly evolves to meet the demands of different employment sectors and ensure the skills, knowledge, and behaviours featured in our programmes set our learners up for success.

Hart Learning & Development has a proven track record of delivering training that has a real impact, and we’re very proud to be rated Good by Ofsted in our most recent inspection.

It really pays for businesses to fully understand how an apprenticeship works and all of the benefits that are available from the government to support you in training existing staff or recruiting new members to your team. For individuals, we promise you will find great opportunities to help you move your career and life forward.

Benefits of apprenticeships for individuals

By completing an apprenticeship, you’ll be earning a salary while you learn. You’ll be supported by our expert tutors and your employer throughout your apprenticeship journey as you work towards a recognised qualification in your industry. Through the combination of classroom learning and your time in the workplace, you’ll also know how to put the theory into practice by applying your skills to real workplace challenges.

Above all, you’ll be kickstarting your career with an employer who invests in you – whether that’s through joining them as a new employee or by taking the next step towards your professional development and internal career progression.

Our apprenticeships are available at different levels, from GCSE equivalent right through to degree level, helping you recruit new employers or upskill existing talent to help you meet your business needs. You can get funding from the government to help pay for apprenticeship training, too.

Apprenticeship programmes can be tailored to suit the needs of your sector and fill skills gaps whilst still achieving a recognised qualification.
