Ahead of the opening of the new flagship Marks & Spencer’s store in Stevenage, Hart Learning & Development delivered a bespoke employability programmme that trained local people in the company’s values and good customer service principles. The programme was an overwhelming success, with 82% of learners progressing positively into employment upon completion.
