The Hart Learning Group is a charitable organisation with a mission to create social and economic value through learning.  The Hart Learning Group currently includes:

 

North Hertfordshire College: a further education college with over 3,000 full-time students in the full range of sector areas.  At NHC, we help people realise their potential and build a life for themselves and their families; help businesses to improve and grow; and help to build strong, vibrant, communities.

 

Hart Schools Trust: a burgeoning multi-academy trust which supports primary and secondary schools in Stevenage.  At Hart Schools Trust, we put school improvement and curriculum collaboration at the heart of all we do.  If you share our passion, we want to hear from you.

How do I apply for a job with the Hart Learning Group?

Once you’ve found the vacancy(s) you’d like to apply for here, please visit the page for the respective job role and fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page where you can tell us a bit about yourself and attach your CV. Please note that all fields of the contact form are mandatory.

Should I receive an email confirming that I've applied for the role?

At this time, no. However a message should come up on screen telling you that you’ve successfully submitted your application.

How will I know if I'm successful?

Due to the high number of applicants, we don’t reply to all candidates. We’ll only contact you if you’re successful in securing an interview. Please presume that if you’ve not heard from us within two weeks of the closing date, you’ve not been successful in progressing to the next stage of application.

Can I make a speculative application?

Yes! If you don’t see a vacancy that suits you right now, but think you could help us realise our dreams for the Hart Learning Group, drop us a line anyway at recruitment@hartld.co.uk with your CV and a few words about the sort of things you think you could help us with.

How can I avoid applying too late?
